SLAMPiG is a weekly comic I illustrate and co-write with my good friend Scott Trainor. We created it while we were editors at Rhode Island College Anchor Newspaper. We now made it into an official online comic and update it weekly. Enjoy!
GoBigCasino.net is a side project website I worked on for two years as I gathered research, music, and information about Jim Adkin's (of Jimmy Eat World) side project Go Big Casino when Jimmy Eat World left Capitol Records in 1999.
Train Wreck Pictures is the group I am part of for the 48 Hour Film Project. Mike Amend leads this project, along with myself and David H. Angell.

Every creative decision I make has been heavily influenced by Anderson greatly. Since Wes Anderson does not have an official website, I linked his info to his news board 'The Rushmore Acadamy.'

Christopher Guest is another one of my favorite directors/writers and has heavily influenced my filmmaking and writing. My favorite genre to watch and create is 'mockumentary,' and Guest is the king of it all. Guest does not have an official site as well, so I linked his info to his wikipedia article.
Don Bluth creates the most beautiful animated features. I have fallen in love with his films since I was a child, and I continue to study his career greatly. Bluth strongly believes in the art of hand-drawn animation (he even left Disney in protest of their views on quick-money making animated films), and the world is lucky to still have a man like him. He and his partner, Gary Goldman, keep in contact with their fans through their official website donbluth.com.
Peter Hedges is my favorite author, scriptwriter, and playwright. The way he tells a story and writes his characters is so refreshing. He has such an extraoridinary view on humankind, how they act, and makes it real. He doesn't have an official page as well, so I linked to his wikipedia article.

AJ Paglia is an extremely talented graphic artist, and has been helping me out the past few years with illustrating my movie posters. Check out his work!
Nathanael Tronerud is a very talented musician and composer. I've known him since middle school and happily agreed to composing my films from the start. It is amazing what this man can come up with- He's helped me out so much over the past 5 years writing music and acting in my films. Check out his music here.
Christian de Rezendes is a good friend of mine, and helped me out majorly in my film career. Knowing him since I was a tot, it was great to get a call from him to help out on a DVD feature for his film Getting Out of Rhode Island in 2003. Since then I've been helping him out on numerous projects. He now lives in Brooklyn continuing his film work.
Ari Rosenberg is a very talented young filmmaker with much ambition in the field. Check out what he has to offer.
Mike Messier is a talented actor in the Rhode Island community. We help eachtoher out, where I serve mostly as his editor. He has his own award-winning show on public access The Mike Messier Show.
Tom Ohanian is an Acadamy Award winning co-creator of the Avid editing system. I was priviledged to be taught by him in my Digital Non-Linear Editing course my junior year. He really knows his stuff and has always been there to help me out.

Breaking Branches Pictures is Christian de Rezendes alternate film company than CdR Pictures. Through Breaking Branches, he releases his independent projects, mostly in narrative and documentary film.
Trigger Street Online Film Festival was started by Kevin Spacey in 2003, and is one of the greatest services online for independent filmmakers. With this site you can upload your film, where other members view and comment on your work, and vote for the final selection for the festival as well. From there, you are chosen into the Top 10 finalists, where celebrities are brought in to choose a winner. I was lucky enough to be chosen for the 2004 Official Selection.
The 48 Hour Film project is a fantastic contest where you have to create a film in 48 hours and submit it into a festival. Trick is, they give you a genre, character, prop, and line of dialogue you have to use within the 4-7 minute film. It finally came to Providence in 2006 and was a success.
Ever see the G.I. Joe PSA parodies? Fensler Film is the one who started it all. Find all of Fensler's projects here, including the hilarious G.I. Joes PSAs.
The Rooster Teeth crew have been releasing the famous on-line series Red vs. Blue for the past four years, and are proof of the some of the greatest comedy writing of all time. They specialize in a type of animation called 'Machinima' where you use a video game platform to create a film. Rooster Teeth have used Halo, Halo 2, The Sims 2, and F.E.A.R. to create some of the funniest shorts I've seen.
If you don't know Liam Sullivan, he is one of the greatest independent comediens I've seen in a long time. Releasing films like Shoes, Muffins, and Text Messege Breakup he has become extremely popular over YouTube over the past year.
ABC6 WLNE-TV is the news television station I work for in Providence, RI as an editor and studio camera operator.
The Rhode Island College Anchor is the student run newspaper I've worked at for four years. You can find my work and articles all over the site.

Getting Out of Rhode Island is a film by Christian de Rezendes. Check out the site for more information about the bizarre, but great project. He asked me to help as a production assistant on the DVD feature "One Year, Seven Months and Twenty-Four Days Later." I even make an appearence :)
Christian asked me to help as an Assistant Editor for the film he shot and edited They Walk Among Us, written by the youngest victim of The Station nightclub fire, Nicky O'Neil. It's a fantastic film and really makes you think-
41 is a documentary about Nicky O'Neil and how his obsession with the number '41' still remains today. It is an interesting film, and makes you wonder if our passed loved ones are still with us and giving us signs of their presence. I served as an Assistant Editor and Production Assistant for this project.
Walt Disney Pictures Underdog is one of the first major motion pictures to be shot in Rhode Island during the film boom. I was lucky to land an internship in the Visual Effects Department and got to work with Acadamy Award winner Hoyt Yeatman.

I met Brian Joyce four years ago. We became great friends, where I even joined into his band My Morning Radio. Over many struggles, he is now solo and I couldn't be more proud of him. He is my favorite singer/songwriter of all time, and I vow to support him and his music till the day I die.
Foreverinmotion is Brandon Thomas of Chester, Vermont. He is a fantastic singer and songwriter, and was just signed onto One Eleven Records. I couldn't be more happy for him-- His music is majestic, beautiful, and deserves to be everywhere. Go to his site, I promise you'll fall in love.
Michael Levition is an interesintg singer/songwriter, where he mainly consists of his voice and ukelele. I first heard him on a They Might Be Giants podcast and contacted him right away to find his music. He is so depressing, melancholy, and bittersweet I love it. Definitely check him out-
They Might Be Giants is my absolute favorite band and got me through my middle and high school life. After seeing "The Statue Got Me High" on the 1992 ALTV, my mother bought me their Apollo 18 album in 7th grade, and I've been obsessed since. You can never feel sad when listening to their music.
The Sugarplastic is another one of my all time favorite bands. I first heard them getting a Geffen Records sampler off eBay. After hearing their song "Don't Sleep" Iwasn't impressed. Then it just grew on me. Unfortunately they left Geffen Records and I couldn't find their CD anywhere till I came across it used on Amazon. I now own everything they've released, and so glad they keep releasing material independently.
Brian introduced me to this band Letter to Juliet and immediately fell in love with their music. They disappeared. Brian then let me know about Matt Nau's new project Page France out of the blue. They're now signed and releasing incredible music constantly.
Brian introduced me to Sherwood as well as they were just starting out. I bought their EP right away and have been following their progress. They just released a new album on MySpace Records. They have come a long way, and write very catcy music.
